My name is Joshua Ciafullo, and I hail from the beautiful state of New Jersey. I am the proud 3rd oldest among 13 siblings, which has undoubtedly shaped me into the person I am today.

My culinary journey began at the tender age of 14 when I started cooking for my large family and close friends. Through these early experiences, I discovered a profound love for the art of cooking.
